Job summary

Lorien in Scotland is seeking an experienced Digital Information Manager (BIM) to support major infrastructure projects across Scotland. The role focuses on digital information management, BIM processes, data validation, and coordination with multiple project stakeholders.

Hybrid work arrangement allows up to 50% office-based collaboration in Glasgow, Perth, or nearby sites. BPSS clearance is required, with opportunity to contribute to high-profile energy and infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage digital information and BIM processes for major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate information across multiple stakeholders to ensure model integrity and federated models.
• Conduct clash detection and model coordination to support delivery.
• Ensure data validation and adherence to information management standards, including ISO 19650.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Information Manager (BIM) to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Scotland. This role will focus on digital information management, BIM processes, data validation, and coordination across multiple project stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, Information Manager, or Lead BIM Coordinator on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management best practices.
• Experience with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or other Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
• Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and federated models.
• GIS experience, particularly with Esri products, would be advantageous.
• BPSS clearance required.
