Job summary

Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking a skilled BIM professional to join our Midlands team, delivering major infrastructure for HS2. Based in Birmingham, you will coordinate BIM models, ensure BEP compliance, manage metadata in the CDE, and support multi-disciplinary design and construction activities.

The role fits experienced BIM Coordinators or BIM 3D Modellers with a track record on large projects, strong knowledge of IFC and information management, and a collaborative approach to drive continuous

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Coordinator or BIM 3D Modeller on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, BIM standards, model coordination and information management.
• Experience producing 2D drawing deliverables derived from BIM models.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate BIM deliverables for major infrastructure projects.
• Maintain model quality and ensure compliance with BEP and CDE requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, survey and information management teams.
• Maintain asset information, metadata, and model attribution data.
