Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven BIM management experience in project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management and project delivery practices.
  • Proficient with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or Bentley).
  • Experience with model auditing, QA/QC, and information governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and the UK BIM Framework.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working closely with project stakeholders, you will help establish, maintain, assure, and deliver compliant information management processes in line with industry standards and project requirements.**Required Experience*** Demonstrable BIM management experience from a project delivery environment.* Strong understanding of construction management, construction regulations, and project delivery practices.* Advanced proficiency with BIM and design tools including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Bentley software.* Experience in model auditing, quality assurance, and quality control processes.* Strong data management, reporting, and technical documentation skills.* Good working knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and the UK BIM Framework.* Excellent communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant infrastructure programme while driving effective information management, BIM compliance, and digital project delivery.
