Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Specialist to support BIM and Information Management across mobility infrastructure projects. You will coordinate digital deliverables, maintain information standards, and support effective use of CDEs, working with project teams and Information Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM/Information Management in engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 requirements and BIM principles.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, Navisworks or similar.
• Familiarity with CDEs like Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or ProjectWise.
• Understanding of model coordination and information exchange workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Degree or equivalent in engineering/digital/build environment; professional BIM accreditation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM and Information Management processes aligned with ISO 19650 principles.
• Produce, coordinate and review digital deliverables (models, drawings, information).
• Assist with day-to-day management of CDEs, ensuring proper sharing and storage of data.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs.
• Coordinate model federations and conduct model reviews and clash detection.
• Support teams in meeting digital delivery requirements and data quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and information management records.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates and guidance materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
