Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Specialist within the Structures, Geotechnics and GIS sector to support BIM and Information Management across mobility infrastructure projects. You will coordinate digital deliverables, maintain information standards and support the effective use of Common Data Environments (CDEs).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BIM or Information Management in engineering/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM principles and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, ProjectWise).
• Understanding of model coordination, information exchange and digital delivery workflows.
• Proactive in developing BIM standards, templates and guidance materials.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM and Information Management processes aligned with project requirements and ISO 19650.
• Assist production, coordination and review of digital deliverables like models and drawings.
• Help manage CDEs, ensuring correct sharing, storage and maintenance of information.
• Contribute to BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs development and maintenance.
• Coordinate model federations and perform clash detection activities.
• Support delivery teams in meeting digital delivery requirements and data quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and information management records.
• Collaborate to develop BIM standards and guidance materials.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
