Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Specialist to support the Structures, Geotechnics and GIS teams across mobility infrastructure projects. You will coordinate digital deliverables, manage CDEs and help implement BIM standards to deliver compliant information management.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, develop BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs, and contribute to high-quality project delivery through BIM execution and digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting BIM or Information Management in engineering, infrastructure or built environment projects.
• Solid understanding of BIM principles and ISO 19650 requirements.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, Navisworks).
• Familiarity with CDEs (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, ProjectWise).
• Understanding model coordination and digital delivery workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with quality deliverables.
• Good communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree or apprenticeship in a relevant discipline; BIM accreditation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support BIM and Information Management processes aligned with ISO 19650 principles.
• Produce, coordinate and review digital deliverables (models, drawings, project information).
• Administer and maintain CDEs, ensuring proper sharing and storage of information.
• Develop and maintain BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs.
• Coordinate model federations, perform clash detection and reviews.
• Support data quality and compliance for digital delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and information management records.
• Develop BIM standards, templates and guidance materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and CPD activities.
