Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited is seeking an Architectural Technologist for our Central Birmingham office. You will deliver technical information and coordinate drawing packages, using BIM processes and Revit in a collaborative environment with external design practices, consultants and clients.

We welcome CVs from Senior Architectural Technologists with strong post-qualification experience who can manage projects through construction and contribute to a diverse portfolio of office,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role.
• Strong ability to produce and coordinate technical information.
• Experience with BIM workflows and Revit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with technical delivery from developed design through construction, producing coordinated drawings.
• Collaborate with external design practices, consultants, contractors and clients.
• Develop and manage project information using BIM processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Attend design team meetings, technical workshops and site meetings.
