Job summary

1313 is seeking a proactive MEP BIM Coordinator for its Birmingham office. You will produce Revit MEP models, coordinate services and produce drawings as part of a multidisciplinary design team.

Qualifications

• Experience producing Revit MEP models and drawings.
• Ability to coordinate MEP within multidisciplinary models.
• Experience resolving clashes and maintaining model accuracy.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers.

MEP BIM Coordinator required for a Tier 1 .You will be joining a fantastic business with cutting edge projects that are impactful and varied sectors.

MEP BIM Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Producing and developing Revit MEP models
• Coordinating MEP services within multidisciplinary models
• Producing drawings and technical information from Revit
• Working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and the wider design team
• Identifying and helping resolve coordination and clash issues
• Maintaining high standards of model accuracy and quality
• Supporting the delivery of projects from design through to construction stages
