Job summary

Pure Staff is seeking an experienced CAD Design Engineer (BIM) in Bromsgrove for a permanent role. You will manage and coordinate design information across projects, ensuring integration within client BIM models and alignment with scope, programme and quality requirements.

You will work closely with a Client Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer, attend client meetings, and deliver designs using REVIT, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM360, Revisto, Navisworks, and related tools while progressing your career

Qualifications

• Experience using 2D/3D design software, with AutoCAD and REVIT preferred.
• Understanding of design coordination for large, complex buildings.
• Clear client-facing communication and scope management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of project design work under supervision.
• Coordinate designs within client BIM models.
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Produce and coordinate designs using listed software.
• Provide progress updates to Project Managers.
• Track design changes for variation reporting and commercial processes.
• Schedule drawing delivery across multiple projects.
