Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Information Manager to drive BIM implementation across a portfolio of high-profile projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop BIM Execution Plans, and ensure standards compliance while promoting digital delivery excellence.

You will mentor colleagues, integrate workflows with clients and consultants, and push for continuous improvement in BIM data quality, tools, and collaboration across the practice.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Coordinator/Information Manager experience in AEC.
• Experience with ISO 19650 standards and BIM documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and implementation of BIM processes across design teams.
• Develop and manage project BIM Execution Plans and ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver models and data.
• Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout lifecycles.
• Drive digital delivery innovations and improve workflows.
• Provide training and mentoring on BIM tools and processes.
