Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the development and implementation of BIM strategy across our projects and teams. You will ensure consistent standards, efficient workflows, and high-quality information management across design, construction and operational phases.

Working with architecture, structural and MEP, you will oversee BIM execution plans, maintain the CDE, support clash detection and drive digital transformation across the business, with hybrid UK-based delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in BIM coordination or management within consultancy or design-led environments.
• Strong technical background in BIM processes, digital construction and information management is essential.
• Experience with ISO 19650, clash detection workflows and multidisciplinary coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• BIM standards and governance – implement and maintain robust standards across teams and projects.
• Digital project coordination – coordinate multidisciplinary project information and resolve clashes.
• Information and CDE management – administer Common Data Environments and related workflows.
• Software and systems expertise – manage licences and updates for Revit, Navisworks, Solibri and cloud platforms.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement – mentor teams and promote best practice.
