Qualifications

• Graduate in accounting or finance with at least 18 months of finance experience, preferably with billing exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, basic double entry and revenue recognition.
• Excellent communicator with schools and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process termly or monthly billing files across several schools.
• Handle non-fee billing for clubs, care, trips and other charges.
• Conduct billing and deposit reconciliations and assist month-end close.
• Manage billing adjustments and discounts.
• Raise credit notes and other contract adjustments.
• Liaise with admissions on billing questions across schools.
• Work with parent portals to ensure accurate billing.
• Assist in resolving billing queries across schools.
• Support parents by phone and email on fee and non-fee billing questions.
