Job summary

Aztec Financial Services (UK) Limited is seeking a Billing Support to help issue client bills, maintain data and schedules, and run day-to-day billing operations. The role suits someone with finance admin experience, strong computer literacy, and excellent attention to detail.

Hybrid working options are available to support work-life balance. You will collaborate with the Billing Manager and other teams to ensure timely and accurate billing, while supporting ad-hoc projects and process

Qualifications

• Prior finance/Accounts Payable administration experience preferred.
• Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage own workload and work both independently and in a team.
• Proactive and proactive mindset to support ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare client billing in line with requests.
• Maintain monitoring schedules and data accuracy.
• Liaise with internal personnel to resolve issues or queries.
• Assist with development of billing and time-recording processes.
• Support with ad-hoc projects as required.

About the role:

Job Description Reports to the Billing Manager The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient client billing support to the business to include issuing of client bills, maintenance of data and schedules, issuing of bills and the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and prepare client billing in line with requests on a timely basis.
• Assist with the maintenance of various monitoring schedules.
• Liaise with internal personnel as and when required to help resolve any issue and deal with any queries as they arise or to escape where necessary.
• Assist the Billing Manager with the development of client billing and time recording system process
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects as required.

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

• Previous Finance / Accounts Payable administration experience is preferable
• Computer literacy skills are essential
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to manage own workload, work independently and as part of a team
