Job summary

ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and the Billing Operations Specialist ensures every closed deal is accurately reflected in our systems. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Engineering, overseeing provisioning, renewals and billing integrity.

You will manage mid‑cycle changes, handle offboarding, resolve invoice discrepancies, and partner with Engineering on guardrails to automate and improve processes at scale across thousands of accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance operations or similar.
• Hands-on experience with a subscription billing platform (Stripe Billing or similar).
• Experience turning closed‑won deals into correct billing configurations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies before customers notice.
• Clear written communication across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate closed‑won deals into correctly configured subscriptions (pricing plan, start date, trial, discounts).
• Own reconciliation between order forms and provisioning requests; resolve gaps with Sales and Legal.
• Identify automation opportunities with Engineering to speed up provisioning and improve accuracy.
