Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of training, skills and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing a large team in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic updates about billing to team leadership.
• Review and/or prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Review and monitor Billing transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflow.
• Lead the Billing team and coordinate with Legal Support.
• Address customer inquiries about billing with high service levels.
• Oversee the Billing process and monthly close cycle.
• Mentor and develop team members.
