Responsibilities

• Manage accurate and timely billing across insured and self-funded accounts.
• Take responsibility for credit control and cash collection.
• Improve use of the patient management system to support billing.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the function.
• Develop billing team members through coaching and appraisals.
• Support implementation of billing processes as new locations are established.
• Collaborate with Finance and operations to ensure correct charging.
• Build relationships with insurers and resolve billing queries promptly.
• Contribute to financial reporting and efficiency discussions.
