The successful candidate will manage, motivate and develop the team, implement KPIs, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate, efficient billing. Eligible to work in the UK full-time.

Sheridan Maine are currently recruiting for a Billing & Credit Control Supervisor for growing organisation based in Reading.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who has previously managed a small team and is looking for a role where they can make a real impact. The key focus will be leading, motivating and developing, while also taking ownership of the wider billing function.
