Job summary

DXC Technology, Hampshire-based, is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our finance and ITSM analytics team onsite five days a week. You will manage the monthly service charge billing, extract data from ITSM and asset systems, and ensure adherence to contractual terms and approval processes.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and data quality skills, experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, and the ability to produce clear MI packs for governance forums.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting, invoicing or billing with auditable reporting.
• Experience producing invoices with fixed and variable charges from multiple data sources.
• Experience extracting, analysing and reporting ITSM and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing cycle for service charges and project delivery with accurate invoicing.
• Extract, transform and analyse data to produce service performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, service management and ITSM teams to communicate findings and maintain governance.
