Job summary

ITS (Holdings) Ltd is recruiting an experienced Billing Manager to join its Guildford office. The role focuses on leading a team of recruiters, driving billing activity, and strengthening relationships with existing clients and key accounts in the construction sector.

Working closely with the Group Directors, you will manage day-to-day operations, develop consultants, win new business, and implement growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment management, team leadership, or a senior billing role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, positive and motivated approach.
• Applications welcome from experienced recruiters in construction or related sectors where relationship-led sales and long-term account management are key.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of recruitment consultants and resourcer.
• Drive office performance, profitability and billing activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support consultants in securing new clients
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement business growth strategies.
