Job summary

ITS is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a warm Trades & Labour desk in Sussex. You will be billing and developing client relationships while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

You will join a successful team with strong PSLs, supported by a director in a hands-on billing environment. This role offers immediate opportunity and long-term progression within a local desk with clear career paths.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in construction or trades.
• Strong billing track record and commercial awareness.
• Ability to develop relationships and win business.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Driven, resilient and professional approach.
• Open to recruiters from other sectors with a proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an established Trades & Labour desk
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Maximise PSL agreements and generate new business opportunities
• Work collaboratively with the sales manager and wider team
• Deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced freelance environment
• Manage your own time and pipeline effectively
