Overview

Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Billing Clerk role available in Birmingham, AL! Join our strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity.

This individual will be handling new customers, building rapport with internal groups, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Process credit memos
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable, Customer Service and Shipping Dept.
  • Checking Orders updated
  • Mailing/Sorting Invoices
  • Assist with mailing out customer statements
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned
Qualifications

You have:

  • Must be detail oriented and pay close attention to accuracy
  • Ability to be productive without oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Suites, especially Excel
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
