Qualifications

Core3 are delighted to partner with a leading and award-winning professional services firm to recruit a Billing Assistant opportunity in Bristol. £25,000 - £28,000 + 30 days holiday + hybrid working

How you'll make an impact

As one of the first hires into a newly created central billing team, you'll help shape the function from the ground up. Reporting into the Billing Manager and working closely with finance and trademark admin colleagues, your role will support the delivery of consistent, accurate and timely billing processes across the firm.

Take ownership of day-to-day billing and eBilling tasks.

Collaborate with legal and admin teams to ensure accurate work-in-progress (WIP) capture.

Support billing cycles that directly impact working capital.

Maintain best-in-class standards for client service, accuracy and responsiveness.

Play a key part in shaping processes in a new and growing team.

You'll bring experience in billing, purchase ledger or finance administration - ideally within a professional services or legal setting - and be excited by the opportunity to help build something new.

Proven billing or finance admin experience.

Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Experience with eBilling or WIP management would be an advantage.

Clear communicator, capable of working with multiple stakeholders.

Positive and enthusiastic mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
