Job description

As a Billing Analyst, you will be part of the UK&I Controlling function, a dynamic team incorporating controls and assurance, financial reporting and accounting, billing and credit management services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Continuously review and challenge existing processes and procedures for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer billing.
  2. Be a conduit to successful implementation of standardised, simplified ways of working.
  3. Analyse Unbilled Receivables and communicate effectively with the Finance Business Partners and Controlling team to ensure prompt customer invoicing and address aging receivables problems.
  4. Issue customer statements.
  5. Partner with the Order to Cash (OtC) Transformation Project lead to provide feedback on new process developments and drive the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  6. Handle billing complaints or errors and resolve issues swiftly.
