We are 4Com; an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team.

As a Billing Administrator, you will assist the billing team leader in setting up new customer bills, working closely with other departments and team members daily. You will also ensure that issues are resolved promptly, manage customers’ expectations, and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Please note that this role is office-based in Bournemouth.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in complaints or customer retention is advantageous.
  • Organisational skills and proficiency in written and verbal communication.

As a Billing Administrator at 4Com, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new customer bills.
  • Inputting customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
  • Handling customer queries related to bills.
  • Managing the monthly billing process.
  • Escalating complaints promptly to the Team Leader.
  • Performing general administration duties.
