An established industry player is seeking a Bilingual Senior Advisor to enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. In this dynamic role, you'll resolve inquiries, sell tickets, and ensure quality in customer interactions. You will also contribute to team development and support a diverse and inclusive workplace. Advisors currently work 5 days out of 7, from Monday to Sunday, 8:30 to 17:30. You will work 1 in 3 weekends.
