Sportradar is building its first global Sales Development team. You will spark conversations, qualify opportunities, and help create a scalable growth engine for the sports, media, and betting industries.

You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and Product in a hybrid, office-first environment, with clear paths into senior roles as we expand globally. Fluency in English and Spanish, a self-starter mindset, and a passion for sport are essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (SaaS/tech/media a plus).
• Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Clear, persuasive communicator — confident across email, calls, and social.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining your own path forward.
• Experienced with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (Outreach).
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Passionate about sports, data, or media (ideally all three!)

Responsabilidades

• Lead outbound campaigns across multiple channels and spark meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities against the ideal customer profile and build the pipeline.
• Represent Sportradar at industry events, conferences, and live experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine go-to-market plays.
• Stay on top of Salesforce and track performance to continually raise the bar.
