First Recruitment Group is expanding its international footprint with a new Poland office while operating from its UK headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington. We seek a recruiter to deliver recruitment solutions across permanent and contract vacancies for Poland and wider Europe.

Fluency in Polish and English, strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, and a passion for growing a new international office are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English; able to interview, build relationships with clients and candidates in both languages.
• Previous recruitment experience across permanent or contract roles.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for Poland and European markets.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
• Support growth of the new Poland office and provide market insight.
• Drive opportunities and assist onboarding and offers negotiation.
• Strive for individual and team performance targets and deliver a great candidate experience.
