Job summary

ABL Recruitment is seeking a Spanish & Portuguese Marketing Coordinator / Customer Success Executive to cover a temporary assignment in London. The role is office-based, 9:00–17:00, 3 days per week, combining marketing, account management and client success for Spain and Portugal.

Native-level Spanish is essential; Portuguese is highly desirable. You will manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns, upload content via CMS, create newsletters and support digital marketing activities while

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish language essential
• Portuguese language highly desirable
• Experience in Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services
• Experience with CMS platforms or email marketing tools advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Positive, collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients in Spain and Portugal
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Gather content and campaign requirements from clients
• Upload and manage content through CMS platforms
• Create and schedule email newsletters
• Support social media and digital marketing activity
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and client communications
• Work with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery
• Monitor customer engagement and provide updates to clients
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
