Job summary

Confidential in Swindon is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is fluent in Italian or French to take ownership of AR for two Italian sites and support cash collection. You will manage customer relationships, set up new customers, assess credit risk, and lead debtor reviews with local service teams and finance controllers within a multinational SSC.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian or French language required.
• Experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience in a multinational or shared service environment is beneficial.
• Strong Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of AR ledgers for two Italian sites.
• Manage collection of country receivables.
• Set up new customers.
• Assess and manage credit risk.
• Hold debtor ageing meetings with local teams and finance.
• Report weekly debtor data including actual and projected bad debt.
• Support month-end close and reconcile AR to GL.
• Perform weekly General Ledger uploads.
• Collaborate with European SSC functions.
