Job summary

Language Business is hiring an Italian speaking Credit Controller to join its international finance team in Cambridge. The role focuses on accounts receivable, debt collection for Italy, credit monitoring and resolving disputes with Italian clients.

You will contact overdue accounts in Italy, review credit status, post receipts, distribute statements, and support audits. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, with SAP ERP experience preferred and the ability to work under pressure toward

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
• Experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with electronic invoicing is desirable.
• Strong client relationship skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact overdue Italian business customer accounts to arrange payment.
• Review credit status and provide recommendations for credit blocks.
• Post and allocate cash receipts; distribute customer statements and dunning letters.
• Resolve account queries and disputes; support audit requests.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
