Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join the UKI & Middle East People Services team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will provide initial Employee Relations guidance, manage a caseload and support HR policies across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates have HR generalist experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a CIPD qualification or equivalent. Hybrid work is available with flexibility for site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or Generalist in a shared services or HR team.
• Ability to give first-line Employee Relations guidance.
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line Employee Relations advice to managers and employees.
• Manage own HR caseload and ensure timely, accurate guidance.
• Support policies, processes and country-specific legislation.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to harmonise HR practices.
