Job description

Opportunity for an Executive Recruitment Manager to join a global market leader in renewable energy.

The role reports into the Global Director of Talent to lead hiring initiatives across the UK and Europe, working from the firm’s London office.

Key Responsibilities

·Design and implementation of the talent acquisition strategy

·Delivery of hires across UK and Europe, focusing on Senior and Executive appointments

·Running efficient, high-quality processes promoting candidate experience and business reputation

·Serve as a global role model in processes optimisation and best practice

·Be available online for real-time collaboration with the Global Director of Talent and global stakeholders

Desired Experience

·Demonstrable experience in in-house talent acquisition within heavy industry sectors

·Strong background in matrixed organisations with a global presence

·Sharp, driven, and resilient individual with a self-sufficient mindset and a strong focus on results

·Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional European language

·Experience of recruiting into the European market is essential

·Solid and consistent career trajectory with clear evidence of impact
