Job summary

BSI is seeking a bilingual Client Support Advisor in Milton Keynes to join our Client Services Centre. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days at home, with English, German and/or Dutch language skills valued to deliver outstanding client experiences.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, resolving queries and guiding them to solutions while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high-quality service and accurate records across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or client-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive communicator with a genuine passion for helping clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails with a professional, friendly service.
• Be the first point of contact and resolve queries at the first opportunity where possible.
• Proactively contacting clients to resolve requests and provide updates.
• Manage client queries through to resolution with ownership and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service and improve the client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
