Job summary

Reed is seeking a French or Italian speaking Accounts Credit Controller (Accounts Receivables) for a well-established client in the Swindon area. The role focuses on supporting AR ledgers for Italian sites, managing collections, setting up new customers and assessing credit risks.

Daily duties include supporting AR ledgers across Italian sites, performing risk assessments, leading debtor aging meetings, reporting debtor data, and assisting with month-end close and GL reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and Italian is essential.
• Proven experience in credit control or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong business partnering and teamwork skills.
• Good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Italian sites AR ledgers and set up new customers.
• Perform risk assessments on credit lines and hold debtor aging reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Report weekly debtor data and month-end reconciliations with AR and General Ledger.
• Upload General Ledger data weekly and coordinate with European Shared Service Centre.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and customer service to improve processes.
