Salary: £28,719 p/year (plus 6% shift premium)

Type: Full Time - Long Term Agency

Hablas Espanol y Hablas Français? We are looking for a customer service advisor who speaks both French AND Spanish for a client in the Rugby area.

This role starts in the office and will move to a hybrid model after approximately 6 weeks.

You will work in a call centre environment, handling incoming calls from customers in France or Spain, assisting with vehicle recovery, communicating with hotels, vehicle collectors, and repair centres.

Responsibilities include updating CRM, sending emails, and meeting response times. Fluency in BOTH Spanish & English is essential, and French is also required.
