Job summary

Decathlon UK Ltd is seeking a Workshop Technician to diagnose faults and repair bikes and other sports products in-store, helping customers stay on the move.

You will service and repair products, manage stock, and contribute to KPI delivery while delivering outstanding customer service. Cytech certification and a passion for sustainability are valued; you’ll join a team focused on repair, training, and growing the workshop's reach.

Qualifications

• Cytech certification is highly valued.
• Experience in bike workshop or retail repair preferred.
• Customer service orientation with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical faults and agree on best solutions with customers.
• Service and repair customer products within the store.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout interactions.
• Manage stock, ordering and control.
• Analyze business performance and KPI delivery.
