No prior professional bike mechanic experience is required; you'll develop practical skills, craftsmanship and a strong customer-focused mindset while working onsite.

Qualifications

• No prior professional bike mechanic experience required.
• Eligibility to work in England and meet maths/English requirements for the training provider.
• Curious, practical and keen to learn with a genuine interest in bikes.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced bike mechanics to learn inspection, servicing and repair.
• Diagnose faults accurately and use correct tools and information.
• Build capability across complete bike servicing, wheel building and bike preparation.
• Maintain accurate training records and contribute to quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers during handovers and repairs.
