Clients are in the public and private sectors, with a diverse portfolio ranging from large scale £multi million sites through to complex occupied sites and smaller local works.

They can include education, healthcare, leisure, residential, commercial, and special works projects.

The Role: They are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Bid Writer to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing and managing the submission of high-quality bids and proposals to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and write compelling bid proposals.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information.
• Ensure all bids are compliant with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain and update bid documentation and templates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bid writing, preferably in the construction industry.
