Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a Bid Writer in Wombourne to lead the preparation and submission of bid proposals, PQQs and tender documents for multiple sectors including rail, healthcare and offices. You will coordinate with project managers and technical teams to gather information and ensure compliance.

The role requires at least three years in bid writing within construction, strong deadline discipline, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' bid writing or tendering experience in construction or building services.
• Experience managing multiple bids and meeting strict submission deadlines.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage the bid process from opportunity identification through to submission and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit bid proposals, PQQs and tender documentation.
• Work with project managers and technical teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify suitable opportunities and manage submission deadlines end to end.
• Ensure documentation is professional and compliant with client requirements.
