Job summary

Galliford Try Group in the East Midlands is seeking a Bid Writer to create compelling, high-quality tender submissions. You will gather information from internal departments, coordinate content, edit drafts and ensure bids meet programme deadlines.

The role involves travelling to sites across the region to capture required data and build wining proposals. Ideal candidates will have bid writing experience in construction, excellent written English, and the ability to work with stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Bid writing experience within construction or similar industry.
• Ability to gather information from internal stakeholders and turn into responses.
• Strong written English and ability to edit and proofread
• Experience with tender processes and compliance with deadlines

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality winning proposal documents and coordinate content.
• Manage submission processes where required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical information for bespoke solutions.
• Participate in story boarding and development of strategic themes.
• Ensure proposals align with tender programme requirements and bid management standards.
• Proofread material and provide strong technical and commercial writing.
