They offer a wide range of solutions, from AI readiness assessments and consultancy to user-centred design (UCD), service delivery, and ongoing support.

The Opportunity

Until now, business development and bid management have been driven by the senior leadership team. As the business scales, they’re now looking to establish a dedicated bid function and are seeking an experienced bid writer to join them at this pivotal stage.

This is a hands-on role focused on leading the end-to-end bid process, including bid writing, coordination, and management. While initially a sole-contributor position, the company has a clear growth and progression plan as the team expands.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing and winning bids within a technology or IT services environment
• Strong track record of successful bids, particularly within the UK public sector
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent writing skills and strong commercial acumen

Location

Offices are based in Manchester and London. The company is seeking someone who can initially work on-site, with a view to transitioning to a hybrid model once fully embedded.

The salary is flexible and will reflect market conditions and the experience level of the successful candidate, as this is the first hire of its kind in the business.
