  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Operations, HR, Transport, and SHEQ to extract relevant information.
  5. Conduct market and competitor research to enhance the strength of submissions.
  6. Review feedback and continuously improve bid quality and effectiveness.

About You

  2. Degree educated or equivalent-ideally in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related writing discipline.
  3. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  4. Able to translate complex technical input into clear, persuasive content.
  5. Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a wider team.
  6. Experience using procurement platforms such as Achilles, Ariba, or Jaggaer/Bravo.
  7. Familiarity with AI writing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to support bid development.
  8. APMP qualification - desirable but not essential.
  9. UK driving licence - preferred.

What's in It for You?

  1. Salary up to 50,000 (depending on experience)
  2. Company bonus scheme - annual and quarterly
  3. Hybrid working model (home/office balance)
  4. 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
  5. Medicash health plan & 24/7 online GP access
  6. Pension scheme with employer contributions based on total earnings
  7. Life insurance (3x annual salary)
  8. Extensive employee discounts & perks platform
