Day to Day:

This role involves working alongside the business development team, writing bids and tenders to help grow the business and secure projects in the South West.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Previous experience in writing bids and tenders is essential.
• Experience in the maintenance/social housing sector is beneficial.
• Ability to create, write, and present compelling bids.
• Previous contractor construction experience is advantageous.
