Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Management, maintenance and administration of CloudClevr’s existing ISO-related management systems ensuring certifications to required standards are retained.

  • Assisting the Group Risk Manager with risk assessment and treatment.
  • Participation in Risk Steering Group Meetings.
  • In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, setting and planning management system objectives and driving them through to completion.
  • In conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, setting KRIs and KPIs for the management systems. Monitoring and reporting on these.
  • Leading regular, structured reviews of the management systems with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Leading internal programs for the auditing of our management systems.
  • Recording and management of non-conformities through to completion.
  • Participating in external audits with registered certification bodies as the main representative of the CloudClevr business.
  • Ensuring all management system documentation is up to date, fit for purpose and is regularly reviewed/approved by owners. Drafting of new or amended policy or procedures documentation as may be required, as well as associated administration.
  • Working with departmental heads at all sites across the business to ensure required management system policies, processes and procedures are agreed, implemented and carried out. Obtaining and recording evidence of the same.
  • Working to ensure the continual improvement of our management systems.

Day to day management of project to extend the scope of CloudClevr’s existing certifications and accreditations across the entire CloudClevr business.

Day to day management of project to obtain additional business-wide certifications:

  • Ensure certification is obtained in the timeframes required by the Senior Leadership Team and then maintained.

Providing general guidance to the CloudClevr business on compliance with relevant, applicable legislation and regulation, in particular the UK GDPR, PECR and ESG legislation, an understanding of which would be an advantage.

  • Working knowledge of OFCOM regulations and their application within the telecommunications industry would also be advantageous.

Providing general guidance to the CloudClevr business on compliance-related aspects of the terms, conditions, contracts, frameworks and agreements that the business may wish to enter into.

Leading the response to the due diligence exercises of customers and other third parties:

  • Ensure that the correct information is gathered and submitted in a timely manner.

Assisting with Data Subject Access Requests.

Assisting the Group Head of Compliance and HR:

  • With general compliance, HR and/or health and safety-related tasks as may be required.

General compliance-related and office administration tasks as may be required.

Information Security:

  • Adherence to all Group Information Security policies and procedures in all aspects of your job role, with emphasis on confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.

Health & Safety:

  • Have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work.
