Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking a Bid & Marketing Coordinator in the UK to support the executive team and drive win strategies. You will help communicate capabilities, coordinate meetings and manage information flow across departments.

In this role, you will maintain records, assist with reports and presentations, and contribute to continuous process improvements while upholding Bridges’ values of safety, collaboration and sustainability.

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

The role

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant, Management Team, and wider business as required.
• Deliver efficient and proactive business support services across multiple departments, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, training sessions, and other business activities, including associated administration and logistics.
• Maintain and update business records, trackers, databases, action logs, and management information to support operational effectiveness.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and distribution of reports, presentations, correspondence, and internal communications.
• Assist with the production and maintenance of regular business reporting, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and professionally presented.
• Support business processes and administrative activities across operational, commercial, financial, procurement, fleet, and people-related functions as required.
• Manage and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems, ensuring information is organised, secure, and readily accessible.
• Monitor and support workflow activities, ensuring actions, approvals, documentation, and records are completed within required timescales.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries and providing professional administrative support.
• Assist with the coordination of employee engagement initiatives, internal events, communications, and business-wide activities.
• Support data collection, compilation, validation, and analysis activities to assist business reporting and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of business systems and processes to provide flexible support across a range of functions and departments.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative, coordination, and project support activities as required to meet evolving business requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive business and employee information.

• Previous experience in an administrative, business support, coordination, or office support role within a fast-paced business environment.
• Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience maintaining records, trackers, reports, databases, and business documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage workloads effectively with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
