Join to apply for the Bid & Marketing Coordinator role at Ridge and Partners LLP.

At Ridge and Partners, we are a growing, multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy helping clients create better, more sustainable places for people to live, learn, work, and play. We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to support our Defence team, based in Bristol.

What You’ll Do
  1. Assist with submission documentation such as bids, project case studies, and CVs.
  2. Create and craft compelling bid responses in collaboration with team members.
  3. Research and gather inputs from stakeholders.
  4. Manage bid timetable to meet deadlines and ensure bid compliance and quality.
  5. Review previous bids and best practice responses.
  6. Manage Microsoft Teams sites and maintain the bid library.
  7. Proofread and edit colleagues’ bid response documents.
  8. Work with the bid team to ensure consistent quality of bids.
  9. Improve and enhance written responses with the bid and marketing teams.
  10. Prepare client presentations and capability statements.
What You’ll Bring
