Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment LTD is seeking a Bid Manager for a soil and groundwater remediation contractor in the South of England. The role focuses on scoping, pricing, programming and coordinating budgets and tender responses to deliver high-quality submissions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in estimating or commercial roles, with a background in remediation or related earthworks. Travel is involved; a driving licence is essential. An excellent benefits package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in estimating or commercial roles, preferably in remediation.
• Estimating/Bid Management experience in remediation or civil/earthworks.
• Willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Review tender information (Phase 1/2 reports, specs, logs, remediation strategies).
• Identify and engage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for bid proposals.
• Scope project requirements: pricing, BoQ, schedules, H&S and logistics.
