Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Bid Manager for an environmental remediation contractor in Essex. The role focuses on developing winning tenders, coordinating submissions, and ensuring proposals are commercially robust and delivered on time.

You will work with technical and operations teams, manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, and contribute to business growth. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

We are working with an established and growing environmental remediation contractor delivering technically challenging projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning, demolition and enabling works, the business is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Bid Manager.

As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in developing winning tenders and supporting business growth. You'll coordinate bid submissions, interpret client requirements, develop compelling proposals, work with technical and operational teams, and ensure submissions are accurate, commercially robust and delivered on time.
