Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to deliver and manage internal and customer development projects. The role requires strong bid management experience and a keen eye for detail to adhere to timeframes and budgets. Hybrid working and flexible hours are provided.

The ideal candidate will lead bid processes, develop costed project models, and coordinate with multiple lines of business to ensure accurate data in project plans and smooth transitions from Sales to Projects.

Qualifications

• Bid management experience or exposure to bid management is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Bid Manager for customer bids and assist in creating fully costed project models.
• Prepare and present quotation and bid documents to senior management for review and approval.
• Provide initial schedule with bid resource estimates to functional heads for accurate low level schedules.
• Project manage allocated projects to time and budget expectations.
• Create a Project Plan including task breakdown, schedule and budget.
