Helping to win profitable work for the GRAHAM business, the Bid Manager will play a lead role in producing high-quality submissions to clients throughout the UK and Ireland. We are looking for someone with experience in delivering competitive, high-quality bids.
The successful Bid Manager will lead and coordinate in-house staff from SHEQ, Planning, Design Management, Commercial, and HR Departments, as well as external design consultants and supply chain partners. The Bid Manager will serve as the key interface between the Client and GRAHAM.
The candidate should be a skilled team player, knowledgeable in Civil Engineering practices, and well-organized to ensure delivery within strict deadlines. Responsibilities include:
